Terms of Use Agreement
By accepting the download of  any designs ordered or freebies, you agree to use them for your own personal use only,
you may use them on items for sale, personally, on your website, in your shops and at craft shows, but, you may not
trade, swap, give away free, or to put them on disk, (by themselves or with other designs) for resale on Ebay or any
other media. You must request permission to use them in mass production, (meaning factory and (any large quanity)
assembly line production) If you need designs altered please contact me and I will alter them for your specific needs. You
may Not combine them with other digitizers designs. Thank You

PLEASE READ!!!
As.soon as your order is received from Paypal, your designs will be sent to you by email in your
requested  format.  If no format is requested you will receive Pes, Hus and Jeff.   Please include your
phone # with your order in case you need to be reached.  Some designs cannot be downsized so please
know your sewing field when ordering.  Make sure your Paypal address is the correct email you wish
to be used when receiving your order.  
Embroidery designs are sent by electronic email, therefore, no refunds are given.
** Important**
Sunday is my day of rest and church attendance so no orders will be sent on that day, (although there
could be exceptions). They will be sent first thing Monday morning!

My machine smocking  featured a 2 page article in the Sept/Oct Issue # 120, called "Cyber Smocking".  I
feel so honored that Kathy Barnard, Editor, and such an accomplished designer herself, felt that my work
was worthy of her attention. If she loved it , I'm sure you will too!

My smocking will work on any embroidery machine.  You do not need special attachments, software or
special stitches programed into your machine. I have told your machine what to do in the digitizing of the
design . Just load it into your machine  the way you do any other embroidery designs, hit start,  and sit
back and watch the magic!
